Title: O ring size for QB78D CO2 End Cap?

I noticed yesterday when I changed the two CO2 powerlets that the next two I put in wouldn't puncture. I noticed the o ring that goes on the end cap was messed up.

Can anyone tell me the size of that o ring? I think it is a .117 MM had told me but I am not sure. I know he said to use urethane.
