I've being shooting my PCPs a lot lately, probably havent touch a brack barrel in a month or so ( lots of dust on them :D )
Yesterday I took my SS out, it took me a few shots before settleng down and get the feel back, but than i had quite a bit of fun.
Just now I took my NP XL for a spin, Immediatly I was shooting sub quater sized groups at 30 yards ( no wind today ) several nickel sized groups ( no kidding ) the target looked like if I was shooting a PCP at it, love this gun, I stopped after 30 some pellets, didn't want to shoot worse with getting cocky and ruin the feeling ;D ;D ;D

They can be a tough gun to figure out the best hold and pellet, but once you do ....... ;D

Absolutely right, I got good training with the Super Streak, but for quite some times I was questioning the gun,..but in reality it's all in the shooter :)
The gun does it's job if i do mine,....kinda afraid to go shoot it again in case i start messing up and lose the sight of those awsome groups :)

Great work man. You gotta appreciate those good days.

Experience is a big help with a new gun, but it's not all on the shooter. I think a big part of the frustration some gun owners get (sure is for me !) is because the guns rarely shoot as well as they can right out of the box.
To add to it, the break-in period can vary.
The guns may appear the same, but do to a thing called, "production tolerances", guns off the same assembly line can differ. And I don't mean just the clunkers. Plus, as we've seen reported on here, those production tolerances can vary widely from gun manufacturer to gun manufacturer.
And, those many small variables can sometimes stack up to either increase problems, or (for a lucky few) to sort of cancel each other out.
There's lots more subtle variables to the gun than most owners know. But, get a gun with good design, figure out how it likes to be held and what it likes to throw ..... and it sure is sweet !!!!

I guess I've being lucky with my airguns buys, apart from one 9mm that developed cracks on the barrel all my other guns have being sooo sweet, I'm gonna send the 2 Benjamins out for tunes but so far nothing was being done to them,.......and they ROCK !!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D
