Just a note to our fellow airgunners in Oklahoma that our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of disaster. Hope that things will be better as soon as possible.

As bad as that was, someone must have been watching over as there were remarkably few deaths in light of the size of the storm. Thoughts and prayers to all those affected.

Had a short conversation with my daughter. We agreed that we are lucky that we don't have tornadoes. If a hurricane hits at least one has time to prepare. Tornado areas need more safe rooms for those communities. Been told the area in Oklahoma that was hit bad had not had enough of them compared to the rest of the other areas not hit. God help them all.

Praying for all those affected by the storms.

I can't imagine the terror of a tornado hit or the pain of losing everything I own including a pet or family member to a tornado. Just brutal.

i can as they seem to hit darn close to me. in the last 58 years ive dodged the tornado bullet. however some day 1 might get me where i live . been here all my life but several have hit down along the creek south of my house a mile. i think they like to follow water here. and joplin was another story. it hit and i was outdoors in theyard . all of a sudden it got dark and my yard was covered with debris . we got 2 full sized pickup beds full of insulation and a lot of medical records . a lot of mail too. i feel deeply for all in any tornado, there was a small 1 that hit last night near miami, oklahoma and it did a number on a guys place too

ABSOLUTELY...thanks for posting. In my busy schedule, I honestly forgot to start such a thread. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of our brothers and sisters in the affected areas. I hope you all made it okay with no loss of life, limb or property!!!!
GOD Bless and please let us know if you need anything from your GTA family.

They missed me, but I have a good friend whose house was almost obliterated. Luckily they were able to get to a shelter. It's amazing what it was able to do to a sold brick home.

I can not believe that all schools do not have safe rooms or shelters in these areas. Kids lives take precedent over money considerations. That should be at the top of the list. Many were concerned for childrens safety after Newtown, as relates to firearms, but kids can be harmed in other ways also. As these events illustrate. My prayers are with all.
