Send your excess rain to the high desert; we need moisture, although probably not as bad as the folks in Texas and Oklahoma.

What rain?
Less than 2" so for in 2013.

I remember one year it rained steady for over a month. Kind of remember feeling sorry for the tourist. But we all need it. Just can't get around the fact it can't be controlled. Hope it clears up soon for you.

Hey Robert , I'll settle for the rain instead of the snow we had last weekend . We're either going to have a really cool summer . Or it'll dry up and get hot all at once . Been trying to plant a few things . If we get one more snow I give up . Lol . I've been shooting on the few warm days we've had this spring . I'm getting the fever really bad . Lead fever !!!

I'll trade you for some rain. It was 88 today and will be 96 for the next three days

Know what you're talkin' about. Robert. My shears aren't the only thing that's wet. I spent half a day getting my target backstop all set up then had to repair a part of it due to wind damage, now it's been too damp to even try it. I haven't been able to fire a shot downrange yet. The forecast looks none to good for a couple of days to come. It's about 1AM Friday morning and there's been loud thunder for the last couple of hours so tomorrow doesn't sound promising. I'm ready for some sunny, windless 72 degree days.
By the way, Robert...please convey my congratulations to your daughter for all the awards she received. She put in a lot of hard work and you and your wife must be very proud. Good on all of you.

We're getting another round of rain right now.
-
East Texas/Oklahoma have always been much wetter than West Texas/Oklahoma! And it is the folks in the Western parts of both states that are having major problems.
-
i got a little rain last night. That brings total rain fall to 2.9 inches for the year.
-
Just checked my gauge...there was 2 1/2 inches of rain. All of that fell in the early Thursday morning storm. Right now, it's partly cloudy and warm. However, this is Southwest Missouri so that can change in an eyeblink.
