Title: Target QB front sight inserts

If you own a target model QB rifle as in a TF 79,AR2078 or AR2078B and want more options than the two front sight inserts that came with it there is hope. The style you want is a 16mm Feinwerkbau or "old" Walther insert,5/8" diameter insert. I bought  2mm post style inserts for Feinwerkbau and they fit perfectly. One tab is a little smaller but it does not affect orientation of the sight. Clear Lexan inserts are available as well from a few different sources.I'm a "post" front sight guy and the 2mm post work well for many applications.The clear diopter style comes into play when shooting the USBR target.

I have an AR2078B and I wanted a larger front aperture.  I have a Lyman 20MJT Globe Front Sight on my 40 cal. inline.  The 20MJT inserts will install in my AR2078B front sight  I had a lucky day.
