Title: Should I pick this up locally/ identification help.

It's about a 30 minute drive to get it but just found it today.. I'm debating on whether to test my hand or not. Seems like a good deal to me!!!! Almost seems like a "to good to be true" deal tho..lol. And I hate the meeting face to face aspect, a lot of crazies out there.. A lot of people been getting ripped off after meeting off of this site that the is offered on.

I was also wondering if anyone can identify that flat top piston and valve.. Wondering should I pick it up for $60.

Kinda hard to tell from the pics but to me it looks like a ACCustoms flatop and valve. He used to send them out with extra springs.
Alejandro is no longer around i don't think but occasionally I'll see something on ebay from him.
nice parts if they are his...

Updated the picture. The guy selling it doesn't know what type of valve or piston it is. Not sure what I wanna do.. It's hard to find a stock one for $60 much less one that comes with a few extras.

All shown Well worth the $60 IMO .... FT kits near worth that alone

I'd go get it...doesn't make much sense to try to lure someone in to rip them off for $60. Especially someone interested in guns!

If worried, take someone else with you.  If public spot, be careful it is not too public.  These days, ANY gun might cause someone to gasp, etc.  Probably not the way you want to meet the SWAT guys.  ;)

Looks like a fantastic deal to me. Let me know if you want to sell the valve and piston.

I think I'm gonna go for it anyway. Just have something with me in the truck. I absolutely don't want to meet swat that way,LOL!!! I was thinking about that myself, a transaction like that doesn't look too good especially. Everyone is on edge these days. Kids getting suspended from school for chewing their pop tarts in the shape of guns lately.. Smh.

SCORE!!!!!! Met up with him this morning and talked to him for about an hour. He showed me his 2240 that he bought and put like $200 into,lol. He turned out to be an extremely nice guy and cut me a deal for the 30-45 minute drive and gave it all to me for $50. Glad I took a chance with this one!! Hmmmm.. Now I have an extra $10 for its first mod,lol.

Btw, he said he thinks its an AC Customs piston and valve but isn't sure where it came from. He has had the whole setup for quite awhile but never really messed with it.
