i was looking into getting a hammerli 850 but HOLY COW the 88 gr cartridges are a rip off.
88 grams of co2 in 12g cartridges cost about $3.50
88g airsorce jobs are $7.00
Do the make them so they can be refilled ?
i don't like the looks of the 850 with that big refillable tank sticking out the front. and i refuse to pay a ridiculous $100. for the 12g adapter.

This is why my QB79 awaits a 13ci HPA bottle.

I seen someone on here or yellow that converted a 90/88g CO2 to be refillable, not sure where though.

Looks like you just need to get a on off valve for it and refill normally.

NOTE
You will have to buy the tanks and adapters yourself as I know of no commercial place that would refill them.

These guys make a bulk fill adapter to refill .88g cartridges off a bulk tank and will completely hide in a hammerli 850.

thanks for all the great info guys. maybe there is an 850 in my future. gonna find some more reviews on them.i dont know how popular they are but you dont see too many people complaining about them here...
