Title: The advantage of a holllow stock

So I mounted my Magpul L2 MOE picatinney rail section on the forestock of my new Hammerli Pneuma 10 today.  When reading reviews of this rifle, some complained about the stock being hollow.  This proved hepful today , as i was able to installthis rail section without having to remove the stock.  I removed the air resevoir, and this exposed the ribs,and "hollows" in the forestock.  The casting seam gave me a perfect centerline for my drilling.  The whole job only took 20 minutes,  and the part was $6 shipped from Amazon.  Now I'll beable to mount my tripod and any other accesories ta may interest me.  I may post a pic or 2.
