How many Mrod owners are going to buy the new Mrod Syn when it comes out? Discussion?

I like the looks, adj cheek risor, and reduced weight, but the extra $100 was giving me heartburn. I can't say never, though. Once they become available as a refurb, and enough info has been posted, maybe.

Me!
I have always loved synthetic stocks on anything. I think they give it that "black ops" look that I have always liked.

Being already outfitted with aftermarket stock, regulators etc for original version rifles already owned ... there changes for me at least make the new rifles "Oddballs"
As my M-rod ownership go's a ahead it needs to be with original version guns.
JMO ...

I don't own one yet, but when I have the money to get one, the new synthetic stock models will probably be out so I mine as well buy one.

Seriously thinking of a second MROD. I was going to buy high end but the MROD seems to be the best bang for the buck, period. If it was not so heavy and had a thumbhole stock it would be the cat's meow...

I thought the same thing once. I owned two Mrods. Sold both and don't think I'll own another.

I like a wood stock. Plastic seams cheap ( IMO ) to me. Then for a extra $100 no way, not my style.
-
i might would have considered the stock for my existing gun. ;D

No way.....love my current M-Rod with the Teryx stock!

Both where good guns (.22 and .25). I unfortunately found better guns.

Seeing their release date is" late summer 2013" and that date is almost guaranteed to be pushed back even further, we have a long time to think about it !

The Career III is my go to gun now. Very similar to the Sumatras. It offers power, adjustability, accuracy, and iron sights. The ultimate simple reapeter for hunting. I've been considering the Rainstorm II in either .22 or .25. I've heard lots of great things about them. If I am going to break $1k I will step up to something along the Daystate or FX line. If I where to drop $2k It would Be the RAW TM1000.
The Marauder is a great entry level rifle. Sometimes you just want more.
