Warm weather supply?  Man where he is, a cold day is a wonderful day anywhere above TN this time of year.  I vacation in Destin for 3weeks a year during the summer.  My wife and boys do, I just go for a week.  Somebody has to pay the bills.  Sounds like you'll have it tuned sweet as pie in no time now.
