Happened to run across this on Ebay. I had ordered the delrin rod from them and did not contact them for machine work cost. Just thought it might be something someone would like to look into for custom guides.

The winner of this auction constitutes a bid on one piece of delrin rod unless otherwise specified. The diameters and colors ( white and black) are coordinated to the sale numbers with this auction ( colors by either a W or a B). If the size you need is not listed here, please contact us, we may have it in stock anyways.
