I read a post where Gene did a gas ram conversion on a hatsan 95, I sent him a PM weeks ago inquiring about the details but never got a response. So does anyone know of anyone capable of doing a ram conversion? I know a few hatsan models are available with rams but not sure if the same parts will fit the 95.... Just throwing it out there.

There is a guy in the UK, Wales who is doing a Hatsan 60 in gasram but .22 only. Do you want me to contact him to see if the parts are available or if it is being done?

I found this thread stating that American Arms was going to carry gas ram for Hatsan:
http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=30133.0 (http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=30133.0)
But I cannot find on the gas rams on their website, the website is difficult to use....could not find a search feature.

If anyone finds where their site shows the gas rams available, please post the link.

Hatsan has started producing gas rams called Hatsan Vortex Gas Pistons. There are 5 types all fitted with fill ports. These gas rams can be increased or reduced the ram pressure using a pcp pump or a scuba tank with a Hatsan pcp fill probe.
Type 1 is for Hatsan 55 - 99
Type 2 is for 125 - 155
Type 3 is for the Striker series
Type 4 is for Hatsan Dominators
Type 5 is for Hatsan 100 and 105 Torpedo
I have bought 3 units. 2 Type 2 and 1 type 1.
Only Hatsans with quattro trigger can be converted.

Look at the pic and read the print on the ram. This is one of the 3 units that I bought from Poland.

I have converted the Mod 60-70's to gas rams with the Crosma gas rams with very good results.. This was a Mod 60 coverted to gas ram using a Crosman NP- XL Ram.

I just spoke with Rick Eutsler. He has not seen them yet, but he did say they should be available soon in the USA, both individually and in production rifles.
Also, Hatsan WILL be selling parts in the USA, likely before the end of the year !

Parts is two thumbs up. Wanna tear into my torpedo and put a ram in it n clean it up.

Yeah I heard that form Rick a few weeks ago, hopefully it happens.

Corroboration is a wonderful thing - Thanks !

Looks like the same old song and dance going on here. NO PARTS!! PARTS WILL BE MADE AVAILIBLE TO THE END USER SOON/SOONER OR LATER? The Hatsan's I have rammed have turned out very good. I think I like the 135 with the Thumb Hole stock THE BEST OF ALL that I have done. That gun smacks everthing. No twang just that smack.

Funny thing is I have zero twang with my hatsan 95, just a bit hard on the slam, would benefit from a softer JM seal vs the nylon one thats stock, for me ive wanted to add a gas ram gun to my arsenal and was just thinking my 95 would be a awesome candidate for a ram mod.

Yes it does make a big difference n overall shooting cycle after the ram conversion. Love mine.
