Well I gave one of my sons one of my 95 hatsans so I took the plunge and bought a 135 25cal. Now i have a spring 25 to go along with my 25mrod when I am too tired of pumping . Can't wait to see how it shoots'

I've had mine for couple of months now and still enjoy shooting cause of the power it has in .25 cal. I tweaked mine that's why mine is shooting 32.5 + ft. lbs. Stock gun has good power on the 135. Buddy and I where going to try to hit my large spinner at the same time and when we did my 135 hit 1st and made him miss as the spinner went up.Need to try the Preditor Poly Mags thet fit good.I shoot the H&N Field Target Trophy in mine.

Dan what did you do tweak up to that power to 32fp.?

I'm using Krytox lube in my H135 so when I disassembled my gun my warranty went out the door.This lube is extremely slick and used it as I would use moly behind the seal used less than you would use moly and decided to use as an only lube and made a long tophat to prevent spring twang when shot .It works great then my spring broke and had to use a 44 coil spring in place of my 47 coil that broke at the last 2 coils on spring guide and saving that spring for a backup.Hatsan doesn't have parts available in the usa yet.Umarex has the 44 coil spring in stock for their walther falcon hunter series gun that I use to have.If you ever have any trouble with the gun just go to Hatsanusa or airgunweb and contact Rick Eustler as he is the warranty Rep. for Hatsan he's quick on his replies and service.Whitefang has flaring tool for FTT's and other .25 caliber if pellets seem to fit loose in barrel as mine is I gained up to 50+ fps when flared.Last time I chronied my gun with 20.06 grain it's shooting between 855/862 fps.Mike my buddy was shooting it at 40 yards at a empty tin can and watched his expression his eyes opened wider and mouth opened he said man this gun is fast.Been trying to test my gun at longer ranges but my scope isn't holding zero very long.Think you'll enjoy yours.

So are you saying the 44 coil is stronger than the 47 coil?

No I have no comparison on the 2 springs, the kytox is so slick in the compression tube and the shot cycle is alot quicker and added a piston weight slug to make up the lenght lost.My 47 coil spring broke.Just trying to say that the 44 coil will work if needed with some spacing ,probably wouldn't need it if you want a calmer gun minus the spacing.

Ok, I follow you now. The kytox lube is what gives the power increase. The springs and slug have nothing to do with it. Thanks for the info. I'll have to try it.

I've been following it closely.
Daniel, what worries me is that you had a spring break prematurely. What do you think caused that?

My spring was canted before the krytox . Started shooting some heavy pellets 28 grain when it broke it would of broke either way IMO. On a another thread I had the broke piece together to show how it was canted. Would post it again now but on my iPhone right now. When I get home ill post it again with my rescent chrony of 20 shots string .

I want one of these so bad, but I am affraid I am going to eliminate all of the tree rats in the entire neighborhood if I do, my silent cat already kills anything withing 45 yds, this thing could double that...
