it loads a little slow so give it a moment .....
i've been researching the xs46u/leverage and found the link above on improving the trigger . i used the forum search feature for the link and couldn't find it so i figured i'd post it up for folks that did not get theirs from MM since "Mike goes through every rifle and inspects it for defects, cleans and smooths the internal components, gives it a proper lubing, recrowns and cleans up the barrel, and finishes up with test firing."
if this is not good info please speak up so future viewers will know .

thats great, wish i had time and equipment to do stuff like that. When the trigger housing is punched out it is folded with the rough side to the inside of the box, touch up the inner top edge and the holes for the pins on the inside with a 425 Dremel polishing wheel, for inside the box I use one thats been worn down to about 5/16 inch and reach down in there to touch the holes up.

Greatly pictures nice and clear. Wish there was some kind of diagram to see how the parts interact. Just to see if there may be a way to add a little adjustability to the trigger group. But I kind of figure if there was a way someone would have mentioned it already. Thanks again for the post.

Kailua, sorry, my little writeup was something of an afterthought. I only took a couple of pictures just to be sure I could put it back together...this being my first ever attempt at reworking a trigger group. Glad to see folks are still finding it of some value though.
A couple of threads you might want to check out with some other pointers from rdsail and me:

BTW , does anyone know what FPS a .177 cal. XS46U with the basic MM setup will do with crosman 10.5 grain pellets and crosman 7.4 grain wadcutter pellets ?

Yes thanks for the information and the easily portable format, very useful to print out and view when trying to put this trigger group back together.

Jason what do you figure the trigger pull was after your job?
