I'm thinkin' it's gonna be a REeeaallllly good day tomorrow !
I got a call from Tim at Mac1 today, ... He's said everything is ready to go !
Tune is complete, CF 4500 Tank is in, his custom 4500psi Tank Coupler w/ big pressure gauge, UTG Scope rings holding up a 4-16X40 CP Scope, UTG Picantilly Top Ring, 200 lumen LED light with picantilly mount, will be picking up a bipod along the way.
Looking forward to taking my first shot with it ! MAN ! I cant wait !
I've also been trading a couple of emails with Norm to get one of his Boyd Blasters, and will be probably ordering "1 of Everything" from Marmot.
To heck with the "chores" I'm supposed to be doing... Think I'd rather go get my new toy and spend the day flying about 20 lbs. of lead !!! ;D

Wow !
I very impressed, and a VERY Happy man !
this thing is so much better than I am,....
... that I'm thinking I'm going to need A LOT of "practice" ;)
(at least that's the story I'm going to try on the wife) LOL!
MAN !!! I'm going to need to start looking to buy pellets in Bulk !
Do they come in a 5 gallon bucket size ??? Hahaha !
We had a lot of fun playing around last night, trying to get them sighted in, trying different pellets, etc.
Didn't really do any records keeping for the first time up, just wanted to have a little fun, and get to know the rifle a bit.
I can safely say that if I am not careful,... I could become addicted to this very quickly.
OOPS,... TOO LATE,... I'm a pcp junkie already.
Wow, it is SOoooo much fun.
I know you've seen similarly dressed Mrod pics a hundred times before, but here's mine as it sits for now...

I do have the Marmot Militia Shroud Extension already ordered, and Norm has received my order for a Nutmeg Blaster Stock.
I think I'll try the depinger mod with the vinyl tubing, and I want to start figuring out where/what type, to buy a camera mount for looking through the scope. (I have both a Cannon Sure Shot, and a GoPro HD, that I'd like to try on it).
I also would like to possibly fit the Boyd stock with a adjustable butt rest, so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading, and any replies.
Ron

Tim, I think my Marauder is defective.
It seems to only be capable of putting one hole in the target. I don't know what's happening with it. I shoot a full clip,...... oddly it seems to make only a single. 50 cal. hole in the paper? ??
&et all 10 pellets seem to magically appear in the pellet trap! It's really weird! How does this happen? ??
;-)

Move the target out from the 70 yards you're currently shooting at and see if you can pick out individual impacts at 100 yards.

Fantastic! what light do you have on her and what mount did you use for it?

Gary T,
The light is called a TechLite Lumen Master 200. It is a VERY powerful compact light, that I picked up at Costco. It comes in a 3 pack (3 flashlights w/batteries), for $21. Very dependable, and very durable. I use these lights in my work everyday. I have even dropped them onto concrete while standing on a 6' ladder, and not one failure. It has a Cree Q5 LED emitter, and a nice deep reflector.
What I REALLY like about it, is it uses 3 AAA batteries, (not the expensive Photo/Camera type batteries), and has very good life/time on the batteries. It provides an AMPLE amount of light to see dime sized targets at 50+ yards in the total darkness of night. At $7 bucks each, they are kind of tough to beat. These things a SOoooo freakin' bright, that while standing at my target 150' away, and looking back at the rifle, it is literally blinding. It has a hi/low beam, and a fast strobe mode. I can actually use the LOW beam at 50 yd shots with no problem.

The mount is a UTG picatinny that fits almost perfectly around the light. (I did use a small piece of bicycle inner tube to hold it tighter in the ring), but 2 or 3 wraps of electrical tape would work just as well also. I purchased it from Tim at Mac1.

The top clamp on the forward scope ring, is a UTG Scope Ring Adapter W/ picatinny mount. Also purchased from Tim at Mac1.
Sorry for the fuzzy pics, but you get the idea...
