How efficient is a .25 on co2? Is it accurate and consistent? Seems like it may not push heavy pellets well.
Trying to help a buddy out.

:o anyone????

Odd thing the M-rods on Co2 ..... NEVER read of anyone doing so.
Likely reason being Co2 is ONLY going to create @ 900-1200# pressure which by the numbers we see with same rifles on HPA would be really weak in performance.

I asked if anyone used co2 and how it worked but got no replies. I don't think it would work to well here in Minn. its to cold.

dont think it would be worth your time IMO it was a few years ago I tried it in my .25 mrod and .22 disco. I saw a loss of 250 FPS or so going foo memeory Consitancy was ok if you take your time shooting. Dont remeber shot count. The mrod eats co2 just like it eats HPA Not too practical for alot of shooting IMO The disco was ok around or so 600fps on CO2 got 40 or so shots and lots of fils from a liter sized bottle (not sure the real size)
SO I hand pumped till I got aq shoe box.

Never tried it on an MRod .25, so didn't answer. Have done so in other .177's and 5mm's, but not .25.
To be honest, knowing that co2 would limit power, don't tend to think of lower power and .25's as a great combination. .25's are for power, when I want to shoot slower (or shoot co2) will normally go to smaller bores.
