Well hello guys, a quick apology for not being around much for the last few months, been very busy at work. With the Olympics and stuff. So just a quick hello and just to say I'm back on the scene again. Bought myself a lovely new Wood stocked AT44-10 in .22 and am getting use to her. So once again hello, sorry for not being about recently and.... lets rock and roll

Welcome back Gary. Nice gun you have picked up, I REALLY like mine. It travels with me in the back seat of my truck in a nice padded case ready for action. I never know when I'll get an opportunity to sling lead or when a target of pooprtunity apprears. Anyway, welcome back.
SAFE & Happy Shooting!!!!

Nice to have you back Gary, I enjoy your detailed tear down and tune posts. Do you have any pictures or details on the Striker 1000x trigger tune? I should be getting mine this weekend and plan on doing a home tune on it.
thanks
John

Have you been still shooting that .25 Cal 12ftlb Hatsan Gary? I have a detuned B28 that's shooting .25 Cal at 16ftlb and find it pretty loopy. What ranges do you get good repeat ability at?

Raizer,
thanks for the Striker 1000 links, I remembered your post because of the "plastic" sleeve you put on the piston shaft.
Sorry, don't want to hijack the thread, but do you know if the Striker 1000 series trigger assembly is the same as the Webley ValueMax? When I tore down my Valuemax, just separating the trigger assembly from the piston chamber and re-attaching it was a real pain...
thanks

Yeah the Striker and Vmax triggers should be identical, the trigger assembly is a mission to get out when the spring is still compressed!!
When I pull the trigger from mine I put the action in my compressor, pull the main pin and back it off 1/2" then the trigger comes out/goes in easily.
Its practically the same trigger as the Stoeger X20/Crosmans etc, just with a fair bit longer blade to suit the Hatsan/Webley stock.

Thanks for the info Raizer, I'll have to try it when the Striker 1000x comes in.
