Well said!!!
Glad you got in the Trail groove!!!! IT is most certainly worth the trouble to get where you are now!!!
Congrats,
Matt

I like that, so are you bluetoothen or what

no bluetooth, and now that i think about it, the max range is more like 40 miles. you would need a dual antenna router with a Cantenna http://www.cantenna.com/ (http://www.cantenna.com/) pointed at each device. long range 802.11 wifi problems are all solved with a directional antenna and line of sight.
air gunners are all about line of sight :)
my router barely does 80 yards but i have not put it outside yet?
it is just crazy that the technology is there. if we had an accurate 40 mile gun, we could sight it in, no problem.
and don't forget the iPad2 has an .1 to infinity eye relief ;)
BTW
3 or 4g and you could shoot around the world :)

Brother we have had 40 mile guns since WW I. Thanks for the info. I will just need to get a power supply out by the target. I will be looking into this.

I will be looking into this.
i think you can use the iPhone as the router/hotspot? it may be blocked because they don't want you to share internet access but you only want to view the local feed? android would probably have more options in that area? i've never had one
good luck
PM if you need help, i am curious how it works out :)

i would say that would be called a cannon.
i don't think this would qualify as an air rifle but a shoulder fire rail gun may be in the future. 20 years or there abouts and we might have the battery technology needed?

latest trial firing pushed muzzle energy to a blistering 33 megajoules
they are probably using the new iPad 3 (new) and 2 iphone 4s. a bit more pricey.
lol :)
seriously though. where is all the smoke and sparks coming from if there is nothing to burn but capacitors? they might need to replace them after every shot? crazy..
