Well I got the urge to finish up the 140 . I really love 140's . They have a nice light feel and very well balanced. A trigger that's heavy as all can be , a nice smart crack when that pellet fly's ......all except the Blackwing ...just a nice little "pat" as the 14.66 FTT goes down range at 640 FPS.
I had tried to scope it,and that wasn't working out. I guess it's not what the old girl wanted. So I made up front sight using a longer set screw for the barrel. Works pretty well too. Groups less than a inch at 45Ft. Not bad for an old Pumper that was on the road to the parts bin.
Which reminds me ,I wish to thank, once again , those members who were so kind as to reach into their parts bins so I could give this Old AG a new lease on life.
I literally could not have done it without you.
Yep, I love 140'S. They are a hoot.
If ever you have a chance to grab one of these ,I say DO It!
Happy Shootin to all!
140'S forever! ;)
