Title: HW77 front sight base

How is this attached to the barrel?? I mean the main body not just the blade. Anybody know what indexes it to Vertical position??

found an answer its pressed on and indexed by a raised knob on the bottom of the barrel.  Too bad because I had found a laminate stocked carbine but the front sight set was crooked from vertical
