Special congratulations to 2 new shooters, HT and SG. Looks like our Canadian brothers have thrown down the challenge. Who will step to the plate to defend their country's honor next month?
Special thanks to Stanley who can always be counted on to shoot his matches and bring some new friends.
I'm feeling like deadweight here. I've got to find the time to shoot. Been so busy I haven't shot much this summer. Even missed this weekend's Field Target shoot! What is the world coming to?
See you in a couple weeks!

Nice scores for new shooters. I feel like I'm cheating by shooting 9.1 meters (= 10 yards) and "wind" caused by the air conditioning.
Glad to see Canadian air gunners. When I was up in Montreal for RIM's PlayBook project, the guys I met up there thought I was strange for having air guns - like a wild west cowboy or drug dealer. Since then, I've learned most people (Canada or US) don't understand AGs, or the fun and satisfaction of shooting targets.

Heck...most people in Montreal....more like Canada think having real guns is weird. So airguns are even weirder. It was more acceptable back in the 60's....too urbanized now. I remember my bro and I walking down the street in the late 60's with a cap or bb gun and no one would look twice.
