Title: Got some trigger time in! (HW50S .22)
Post by: s10gto on June 25, 2012, 09:36:07 PM
And found the perfect pellet. I was shooting JSB Express 14.3 grain. The 50S grouped them tight. I then tried JSB RS 13.4. Shot cycle is quicker and smoother! The groups well they say a pic is worth a thousand words.  ;D

Mark 611 Thanks for the pellet sugestion in a past post. I now have 5 tins of AA Falcons.  ;D

5 shot groups rested on a towel @ 25 yards

Good stuff.  Its always nice to get out and spend some time with a quality springer.  The icing on the cake is you finding out it likes those AA Falcons.  Now you are in real business.  JSB definitely makes some nice pellets.  Often makes them a perfect match for the Weihrauchs.  ;D

That makes sense to me my HW50S  / 22 likes the Beeman silver Bears `12.65 gr about best , seems they lean towads a preference of lighter pellets.~~BS50

Haven't re-chronied with the 13.4 but with JSB 14.3 600 FPS and with 14 grain RWS meisterkugelns 650 FPS.
