Hello from Canada,
I have a new HW35E on order and new to adult air gunning. It is a PAL/FAC compliant gun rated at 570 fps with an unknown pellet per the vendor and Weihrauch.
I was hoping folks could share their experiences with this gun. Specially hoping for some accurate chrono results, please?
I have a nice little South Bend lathe and hoping to make some simple tune parts some day.

No experience with this model but Weihrauchs are without a doubt in a class of themselves. Congrats!

Hello from Canada as well. Congrats on a fine Gun. The HW are excellent rifles.
I may be wrong here, and the group will let me Know. I believe these guns are missing a cocking insert, that prevents gauling of the compression tube.

Congrats on the HW35.
My HW30s likes JSB Exact Express Diabolo 7.87 gr . If ya have em try em.
Welcome to the GTA!
Happy Shootin!

I believe the 35 is a much older design and doesn't suffer the galling issue found in the 30 and 50.

I have an HW35E in .22 caliber and I really like it. I installed a tune kit from ARH and it really helped to smooth it out and remove spring vibration. I forget the exact f.p.s. reading that I got when I shot it through my chronograph, but I do recall that the power output was just shy of 12 ft./lbs.
The 35E does have the two piece cocking linkage, like the HW50S and the R7/HW30S, so you may want to install the cocking lever insert that ARH sells. This prevents the cocking linkage from dragging along the underside of the compression tube.
The 35E is a classy rifle. You made an excellent choice !
God Bless,
Scott
