No parts availability. High incidence of poor quality. Unshootable new guns. Slow or nonexistent customer service.

I commented on there today.  It's love/hate.  I love the value, accuracy, look, innovation, and overall quality of components.  I am a little frustrated with the QC.  If they can cure this fixable issue, they will have a killer product.  They have everything else going for them.
