I am ready to pull the trigger on a Hatsan 125. I will most likely be going with the .25. I note that PA now offers a Nitro-Piston upgrade for about $100 more.
Is the Nitro upgrade worth the money? Or is it better to simply buy the spring version and put the money saved towards a good tune down the road?
Thanks!!!

The "Nitro Piston" will help to smooth out the shot cycle, reduce hold sensitivity, improve accuracy, enable your rifle to be left cocked for extended periods of time, be far less affected by temperature changes, and will outlast a spring many times over. . .
If that is what you are looking for, then it is worth it !

Yes its worth it, why go with old technology when you have the money go with the newest tech. The main thing to me is that you can get to the area your going to hunt and load your rifle and hunting for 3 or 4 hours and not worry about your spring being cocked for that long.
