Alright, So after shooting a full tin of CPHP, I started checking for accuracy. I shot at a short distance but from shooting some rws superdomes, jsb diabolo exact heavy, rws hobbies, predator polymags, It turned out that jsb Exact diabolo 8.4 gr. Shot the best. I had a ragged hole group exept for one flyer(Horrible trigger! >:( lord, gamo do something about that trigger!) So now ima stock up on jsb :)
Ps: disregard that shot on that #6 ring, I totally pulled that one.
From top to bottom are hobbies, Exacts, and S-Domes.

Thanks for posting this!
My shooting time has been limited lately and I haven't needed new pellets. I'm just starting back up again and will need to order some soon. I know we have the same gun so I'll give those a try. So far, I'm most of the way through 1250 ct. of CP domes 7.9 and it's all I've tried through the gun.
-
Hey, I would also try rws superdomes and jsb Diablo rs, as I got very good results with those too :)
-
Thanks again.
-
No problem

ya, exacts are great pellets and always seem to be the favorite in my guns. works out for me since I like them alot
-
Yup, they really are

Update: Did some 20 yrd. Shooting today and the superdomes edged out the jsb's. Because that's the range I do my shooting at, I'm gunna order those instead.
And yes I know about his trigger, problem is I don't have $35 dollars, I have $20 and I'm gunna use that to buy the pellets

Post continue posting the updates as you test further. What size groups are you getting at 10 or 20 yards?
-
With the superdomes I got about an inch group. With the jsb I got maybe a little under 1 -1/2.
The superdomes fit a tad tighter in the breech, which leads me to believe they grip the rifling better. Maybe that's why their more accurate. If you upgrade the scope and trigger I believe you could knock at least 1/2 an inch. I'll keep y'all updated
Those are the group sizes at 20 yrds. At ten I get about 1/2-3/4 inch
-
Great, thanks Ken. I noticed that too with CP Domed, the one's that fit the snuggest are definitely more accurate.

Update: Today I went and shot the 3 best pellets, (S-Domes, Exact, Exact RS) at the yards. The rs gave me a group slightly larger than 1 3/4 inch. The regular exacts give me groups a little bigger than an inch group, and the s-domes gave me a group slightly smaller than an inch. So those are the better around pellet. Finnaly ;D
(These groups were shot from the bench, after I cleaned the barrel, and adjusted the trigger as much as possible.)

After cleaning the barrel, POI might be impacted from what I've read here. Thanks for the update though. You might want to test those again after putting a couple hundred shot through it since it was cleaned. What was the distance shot from?
-
It was from 15 yards. I have to order more first though. But I sighted in with the s-Domes and I hit the bullseye everytime. So everytime PoI starts to wanted ill just clean it again :). Im glad im finnaly starting to get this sorted out :)
