If you are just looking to deglaze it and Not True it You can wrap 400+ wet and dry sand paper on a dowel and put it in a drill. Even a brake hone will not true the chamber only a Fixed hone like a Sunnen will.

Hope this helps  ;D

+ 1 to Dustins comments, most apps only need a deglaze/deburr and the dowel and wet/dry paper with a lil water will be just fine, oh, and a drop or two of liquid soap in the water really helps.

I have used a wooden dowel with a notch on it then wrap some steel wool.  Spin it in your drill will take out any burs and semi hatch the cylinder to clean and residue filings just wrap a strong magnet in tape and run it down in to collect anything. Then i rinse the tube in a soapy water soultion.  Dry it out and your good to go

Charlie da tuna...... recommends in his tuning guide.
220 or 240 grit wrapped around a dowel....then in and out, inside the receiver. Then switch to 400 grit sand paper and spin it to break up the straight lines.
He was/is a pro tuner. His tuning guide is in the library.
