I found this tool at harbor freight for $2.99. I think it was call chamfer/debur bit, or something to that effect. It is not very sharp, but rather very hard and has what looks like the finish on a diamond sharpening stone. It removes only very small amounts of metal with each rotation and can therefore be pretty precise. I used it to chamfer the breech on my RS2 in less than 30 seconds by hand, and it did as good of a job as I've seen anywhere else, and was for an easy effective mod that any beginner could be successful with. It might also be useful in touching up a muzzle crown.

What's the angle on this puppy? Looks like about 45 degree. And did it have an item number?

Yes it is 45 degree. I do not have the part as I bought it in person and did not save the package. I'm sure it is available in their online store.
