Alright all you Krauts!(no offense) What is the difference between the Weihrauch HW97K and the Weihrauch HW97? I want the rifle with the Weihrauch name on it,not Beeman, just prefrence. No sights, wood, regular type stock. That is all Thank you! Jim N

HW97K carbine
-
I do not believe their is any difference between the 2 :P
-
I "believe" the 97 was derived from the 77K and introduced in the 90s, hence the 9 instead of the first 7, or did I dream it? :o
Here's an old post off the Yellow:

The 97 was derived from the 77. Without the K the rifle is 100mm longer. ;D
-
K= Carbine length. The 97 Rifle (longer barrel and cocking arm) is no longer made.
Beeman is still the U.S. importer so, good luck with a Weihrauch only branding.
-
PA carries the Weirauch 97 with wood or the laminate stock.
-
AoA has Weihrauch only branding rifles. PA has beeman for the 97K. ;D

about 2yrs ago I bought a new HW97k that didn't have Beemans name on it from P.A. I bought another new HW97k about 6mons ago that was sold as an HW gun form Specialty Shooting Sports and it doesn't have the Beeman stamped name on it either, I also have another HW97k as its stamped HW97k on top of the barrel block but on the screw off end cap it is stamped Beeman model other than that you cannot tell these guns apart they are identical! :P
