Post by: Paul in MD. on July 10, 2010, 10:08:38 AM
I thinking of the 800mag.22 for backpacking in hunting area for squirrels, but have not seen anyone post kills,do you think it would easily take squirrels up to 25yd. with head shots with occasional body shot,or not powerfull enough for that size game,Thanks ???

Thanks pindog,I have seen Ed.s bird kills, waiting for his treerat kills,I think he can kill anything with anything ;D .Thought there would be more on this pistol.
I seen where Crosman is coming out with their version except it will be nitro piston. They have alot of new stuff but takes them forever to get them out to the distributers. Thanks for your reply. ;)

honestly i gave mines to ed i just coulndt handle the heaviness of that pistol but its powerful but after having roy weid(mountainair)hook me up a custom 2250xt i think i will go pcp on my pistols or co2 thats just me the m-rod pistol looks like a strong canidate but i will wait till someone gets it first lol i picked up a 1377 which im going to mod then ill get a custom 2240 from the crosman shop and hook up with roy for a .25 cal killer ;D
