Today I closed a deal on a win 1000 with a wood stock. I had previously bid on a syn-stock model but changed my mind when I saw a wooden stock model was also available and the seller went along with my request. The gun is being shipped from the dealer to Shadow to work his magic on. The syn-stock model is still available for a starting bid of $50. NO one bid on the gun previously but myself and will be again up for bid on Auction arms. I will be waiting anxiously for the guns arrival after Shadow does his work. and tomorrow the brown truck should arrive with my Hatsan 95 that was replacement for the cracked stock one. NOW if my luck holds out I may be successful in wining a bid on RWS 48/52 on Thursday. :P :P

I'm sure the Winchester 1000 is the same as the Hatsan Striker. When you get your hands on your Winchester can you post a picture of it please
-
I will do it as soon as I get it and learn how to send pictures

What country was Winchester 1000 made in?

Turkey

I know the Winchester 1000 is made by Hatsan, I was just wondering what the "differences" are. Hatsan make most of the latest Webleys and they are the same (almost) as the Hatsans. I was interested to see what those differences are

Remember guys that not all Daisy 1000's or Daisy Winchester 1000's were and are made in Turkey. I once had a Daisy WInchester 1000 with walnut stock that was made in Brazil, and all of the newer Daisy 1000's are made in China.
Always check the breech blocks for where they are made.
