About 20 years ago, I was given an old nonfunctioning Benjamin Franklin #700 25-shot repeater BB gun. It is all brass. It has a wood stock which only extends about 6" forward of the trigger. There is a manuel pump knob in front of the tube under the barrel and a small cocking rod at the back which is missing a handle. This would be fun to restore, but I've never been inside this antique. Have any of you seen or owned one of these, and can it be restored?

You'd have more luck asking on the American Vintage Airguns Forum

There is one on cl right now. 1946 Benjamin Franklin 312 antique BB Gun
Do you think its worth $80. anyone?

The model 312 is a .22 pellet gun. I think I know where I can find a Ben Franklin BB gun, but it has the "tootsie roll" pump handle. I believe I saw one in my local gun shop about 2 weeks ago. A pump repeater, I believe. Would you like me to check it out for you?
I have a Model 312 with the tootsie roll pump handle that has been stripped to brass, and the stock is a little beat, but it shoots! I plan on trying to find a stock for her and see what I can do about blackening the brass.

the 312s are good guns, i prefer the 342s but yes if gun is in fair shape and shoots 80 bucks is good price
