Just ordered up some 2250 parts on the phone and as usual... the folks at Crosman are helpful and the prices are great.
Just stating the obvious here, but we are lucky to have Crosman and their good cust service to help us AG tinkerers.

I 2nd that! The only problem is their S/H is on the slow side as I have been waiting close to 2 weeks for my order.

Ya but... they only charge me $4 for USPS, not $13 to ship o-rings as do some of the large on-line retailers.

Very good point but I think they should have shipping options. They should have the $4 shipping that they now have for those that do not mind waiting two weeks, another one for those that like it within a week and a final one for those that went it in 2 -3 days. I ordered a MRod gauge that is going on two weeks and would have paid a little more to get it within a week. Knowing I had no options of where I was going to get the gauge I even asked if I could pay a little more for faster shipping and as I expected they said not possible. If PA had them I would not have bothered with Crosman as I would have gotten it in three days.
Crosman has the BEST Customer Service people I have ever dealt with and every part of their customer service is 100%++. IMO they fail on their shipping.

OK but... their internal system is set-up to be standardized and one direction of "flow" for their orders. I have talked to some of the folks there and they have tried hard to keep parts ordering and processing way inside the K.I.S.S. system. It's not their primary biz, so I'm sure you understand why they do it this way. They also have to balance inventory from gun building demand versus us guys, not fun to tell the boss that the 100 units of 1377 pistols can't ship due to Brian the hobbyist taking the last of the roll-pins!
Our level of impatience is based on the instant grat on the internet... and our own "I just though of a project and want the parts tomorrow" expectations.
I'm glad they still sell parts, most others won't. They probably won't either if they have to throw more resources or layers of options at it.
