can someone tell me if a trigger group from a 1377 work on the m rod
-
dont take my word for being correct but id assume you could since a 2240 trigger group can go on a disco and a mrod trigger group can fit a disco..
-
thanks ill give it a try, I've got a old one laying a round why not try.
-
with out sounding overly sarcastic........why? would you put a 1377 trigger group on an mrod. it has one of the best, adjustable triggers i've seen. ;D
-
I just like to try things i probably want like it but you never know till i try. I also like the set up with a detachable stock. I shoot prierdogs from a bench and like the pistol grip type stock, I maches my power burners.
-
yes you can here a pic of my 25 marauder as an example
(http://www.bdoutdoors.com/gallery/files/5/7/9/8/2011-12-31_17-34-54_643.jpg) put the tko trigger in it and its almost as good as a marauder group, mine has the pacific pellet guns trigger that is no longer available.

Wow! Hey woody, that mrod looks like a stretch limo! How many extra shots are you getting with your resivoir extension on the .25? I am contemplating doing the extension for a few more shots on my .22 cal. Even though i have a 4500psi tank now, its a pain to fill after every 30 pidgeon kills i get. Looks good though! Gaska shroud plus a brake!?! Dang dude!
-
put a prod trigger on it instead of a 1377.. prods have the better trigger..
and i wont trade my mrod trigger on my disco for anything.. heck i havent even touched the settings on it
-
I have the exstension on my 22 and shooting14.66 h+n FTT'S i get two mags for around 50 shots can push to 70 shots with holdover and if i stay within 25 yards no holdover needed. with the 25 i get a total of 3 mags shooting JSB kings @850-900 FPS an extra mag worth.the 25 is a long distance coyote/raccoon/possum gun for my urban interface problems here in commyfornia. and if you have the money get the prod trigger group
-
Captwoody now that's what I'm talking about great looking rifle how did you attach the adjustable stock, I wish i was as good at projects as most on this formum

the adapter was made by darren of pacific pellet guns,he is no longer in business but i bet mike from citrus air guns has one, and for the prod jim gaska has one and for discos mellonair has them.and you are as good, you just have to do it there is so much help here its crazy just start ask for pointers and sources.two years ago i bought a nitro piston for a rabbit problem i had and i asked a local gunsmith some questions. he pointed me to the boards 6 months later i got my first pcp now this is my collection
(http://www.bdoutdoors.com/gallery/files/5/7/9/8/2011-12-13_10-32-57_413.jpg) and i no longer have the nitro, go for it and have fun
