Post by: stevemoriarity on February 02, 2012, 08:36:06 AM
hello everyone, i plan on selling a r9 & a kodiack 25 cal. both have bushnell scopes.  i dont know what the values would be on these models, i,m willing to price them low enough to sell, i dont shoot them so they have to go.  thanks for any info you can give regarding price etc.

A lot would depend on the condition of the rifles.

If in good shape though I don't think you'll have any trouble at all selling them as both of them are very fine rifles.

Maybe someone has a copy of the latest Blue Book of Airgun values which will give you a ball park idea of their values. You could also go and search the Yellow Forum Classifieds and see what other people have asked for and got for the same make and model. The Kodiak (I'll assume it's an English made one) should sell quite quickly, especially if your price is reasonable. R-9's are still very popular and a fair priced one (for it's condition) will get scooped up quickly off the classifieds.

I am not a expert on it but
In a response to my question i posted the other day, some mention the Kodiak .25 as being a hard to find awesome rifle like the magnum of all magnums!!desired and sought after!

the Kodiak  sounds like  that could get  some good money.. look into that. then maybe auction it off with a reserved price  sounds like people would be hunting for those.
there.s gun broker .com etc  that probably will have some one offer you a good price right here as well.

The Kodiak dependind of its condition is worth 4 to $600 just for the rifle the R9 depending on cal and condition is worth 3 to $400 just for the rifle if you can find the right buyer for these guns? with the economy the way it is expect people to low ball you on your prices JMO :P
