If you want a higher powered R9, I'd suggest just buying an R1 as
They shoot harder stock.

I agree, the R9/HW95 in .22cal is a very low powered .22cal rifle your better off to buy an HW80 carbine in .22cal, a good tuned R9/HW95 will shoot about 740 at best most only shoot in the Hi 6's low 7's with a good tune and are usually 630 t0 650fps out of the box w/14.3gr pellets the R1/HW80 are 750/760fps out of the box and are a better built rifle then the R9/HW95, JMHO :P

Listen to R. Hawkins.
Good advice from a good tuner.
Still, I have never heard of R-9s going past 17ftlbs and living very long to tell about it, in that configuration.
I would agree that you should get a quality "magnum". If you want great, go with a Patriot, R-1, etc.....but the Holy Grail of magnum springer in my eyes is the Kodiak in .25. I have only shot one, never owned. But it was a nice, smooth shooting hammer. Almost didn't feel like a 10 lb gun. but you will have to source that used.....
Piece of sound advice. Do a good tune on your 34, including a trigger mod if it's a T05, and you will have a gun that can shoot with an R-9 in accuracy and power. Does NOT compare to an R-9 in balance or trim, but will shoot with one.
FWIW, I really cannot see an R-1 or any other untuned magnum shooting any better than your RWS350 would with a good tune.....
God bless, and good luck,
Farmer

Keep in mind, the more power, the more harder a springer will shoot. This is even more prevelent of the smaller and lighter-weight rifles. If you want more 'zip' with a bigger than .177, you might consider stepping down to the .20/5mm caliber. I would follow the other posters in going with R1/HW80. Rob mentionned the JM kit, and he may be able to tune the R9 up for you, but for the reason I mentionned above, JM kit or not, it may be more of a handful to shoot than worth he time, money, and effort/tune. I have heard the Vortek kits are very nice, with one gentleman on the yellow forum getting excellent results in smoothness, and longevity of power and velocity. Something like +12,000 rounds and still going strong. In the same right, I've also heard some of the Vortek kits seem to lose power after a few tins. Vortek customer service is top notch!! Still, I think the R1/HW90 would be your best bet. Tuned, they are awesome air rifles. Hth's

I agree with everyone else and would also recommend a R1 and as tjk mentioned don't overlook the .20 calibre version. I have blocks of Plastilene (oil based clay) that are 5"X4"X2" thick and at 35 yds. my R1 Carbine .20 cal. blows through the clay blocks like butter (with a H&N Barracuda 13 gr.) while my Diana 350 Feuerkraft .22 Calibre does not penetrate all the way through the blocks.

Thanks for all the tips & info, here is what i decided to do
1st I am going to buy that TF 89 and tune it my self that has awesome reviews and has been called the 350.s little brother and croneys in at 780fps in .22 Very accurate.. See Rick Ustlers video on you tube. 159.00 now at pyramid air. I may even convert it to gas piston they are actually working on that coming out so i herd.
the R 1 carbine some how i missed that , never saw it. i believe I will buy that later i have already forgotten the r 9 now its history lol
nothing like a high quality German rifle with power and accuracy

I have been looking at buying a RWS 350 Mag. in.22 are these rifles actually able to be tuned to perform even better. If so that's awesome. I now have a Beeman GH950 in .177 but have been told there's nothing that can be done to that gun.

any airgun can be tuned to some degree! whether it worth it or not is another story :P
