I see AirgunsDaily.com is selling refurb .177 CFX's for $109 just in case anyone is interested.

Bart, I said f it. I called everyone That owed me money, and collected.  I made myself happy for the first time in a while, andnbought one of these cfx refurbs.   122.49 is almost what workers comp pays me per week. Crazy , but I Don't care.  Shooting makes me happy, lol. I put the other guns we spoke about on the classifieds,  I'm actually willing to throw 3 guns into a deal for one decent one. Hopefully we'll see what happenes, have fun in Vegas. In fact, win an assload of money, and buy me a condor or an Air arms or some gnarly pcp!!! Have fun!

Same...with a new baby on the way (my 4th 13yo daughter, 11yo daughter, 10mo son) I have to get all the buying out of my system now!!

I pulled a couple from the shelf and both had metal triggers so you can upgrade the trigger. I would assume they all came out of the same batch from Gamo.  Almost sold out on this one.

Scott, you just confused m (which doesn't take much!). I was one of those people with the trigger question (after I ordered one) and I sent you guys an email. My response came very quickly, thank you for that. In the email, it said that it was a plastic trigger, so I don't know what to believe.  Also, I was looking at pictures of the rifle and I was wondering if that is a noise dampener like the Whisper or just asthetics?  Thanks for time

I think my customer service reps were confused as well.  All the new guns are coming with plastic triggers but these refurbished guns came from the older batch with metal triggers. I actually put a magnet to it to make sure it was metal. Now I only pulled a couple off the shelf and both were metal. My assumption is that they all came from same batch but I don't know 100%.

The shroud is just for looks on the CFX. Does not dampen noise.
