Title: Disco hammer spring???

How difficult is it to put a stronger hammer spring in a .22 disco.

It's not difficult at all. However I would suggest a power adjuster instead. It allows you to change the preload on what ever spring you have installed.

I ordered the heavy hammer spring right after getting my disco and I was so happy with the power that I never installed it
