Title: Crosman 114 inner check valve

Greetings,

 I am doing a seal change on a Crosman 114. I've replaced all seals except for the two in the inner check valve. I've removed the nut holding it in place, but the check valve will not come out with it. Do I need to punch it out from the front with a wooden dowel? Any advice is appreciated.

 Welcome to the GTA Joseph, as mentioned the Crosman gate, also there is a vintage gate, May have your answer already.
