Title: Crosman Stock Sights
Post by: BerkshireHunter on May 22, 2025, 02:43:01 PM
I've bought quite a few 362s and 3622s lately (sickness) but the most recent ones since about the time the 3622 dropped had a problem with the peep. They lengthened the channel slightly for elevation which it seems practical but all my guns need the peep a tad higher for zero and when you do that you get a small gap. It's super annoying because you have basically "two holes" or a giant oval you're trying to aim with. I've had to add masking tape to all of these new guns to block out the gap.

My older guns that had slightly more meat on the metal aperture worked fine, I sent a message to Crosman a when I first noticed but apparently nothing's been done. I can understand if they want to lengthen the travel on the other side for standard sights and pistol shooting but I feel they need to leave a full circle of metal around the peep half. And since I'm ranting they should round or chamfer the top corners of the sight, they're sharp and grab you easily, it's just a plastic molding issue...

My 2 cents.
