Title: Will Alloy pellets of 6.64 gr damage a 1000 FPS rifle's piston seal ?

Greetings,

Will Alloy pellets of 6.64 gr damage a 1000 FPS rifle's piston seal due to their low weight?

 That should be fine, most likely that is heavier than the pellet they used to get that test velocity. if you hear a sonic crack then your gun was tested with a lighter lead pellet 7.5 gr range I would assume.
