I'm pretty sure I have a valve stem sealing issue because when pressure starts to drop after 15 or so shots the CO2 will start an audible hissing and be empty in a few seconds . trouble is I'm having a tuff time finding valve parts anymore . I know the QB78 stuff is the same thing .Can anyone point me in the right direction for these parts ? I found a place in Canada that carries the stem but that's about it . Any help would be appreciated .

@ric44---I have these that have been in a drawer a few years I have no use for. Are these what you are looking for ? They were in a QB78.

Good on you Richard.... thank you for being a part of the GTA.

Thank you all . It's a great forum and I've learned a lot . Maybe I'll get a chance to pay it forward myself and help someone .

Well thanks to the kind gesture from Richard of Maryland I was able to get my vintage Industry Brand AR2078 back up in good shape . She is all resealed and leak free once again . Thought you might like to see a pic so I'll post one . PS ......I also just added a Beeman AR2078B to my arsenal . This is the model with a choked barrel and the side latch bolt .

Nice looking stock on that one. Mine had wooden conventional rifle stocks but now have "THE ARCHER" multi shot breeches and are converted to PCP resting in synthetic Maximus stocks.

I have a QB79 that I'm looking to convert to the AR2079 target stock configuration but it seems the replacement stocks are no longer available .

My 2 QB78s converted to PCP.

Nice looking rifles . I did convert my qb79 to HPA and also have 5 or 6 pcp rifles of various kinds . But still enjoy the co2 guns too . BTW I just pulled the barrel on the new Beeman for cleaning and wow never saw such a nasty barrel on a new gun . Spent a honest hour scrubbing and cleaning till I got to see clean patches . Won't say for sure but I believe part of it was rust - sure looked like it .
