I bought my .22 Urban 8 years ago and within a very short time the air pressure gauge stopped working. I tried several things to get it to work but none succeeded. The rifle shot so well, still does to this day, that I just disregarded the gauge since I only use the rifle for hunting and just made sure I topped off the tank whenever I went hunting.
Well, the other day was replacing some O rings on a couple of PCP's that had developed some slow air leakage over the years and I decided to contact GAMO to see if I could order a new pressure gauge. I told them the rifle was 8 years old and I'd be more than happy to pay for a new gauge. They replied to my email the very next day informing me that they were sending me out a replacement air gauge at no cost and I should have it within a few days.
The gauge arrived this morning, I just finished installing it and it works like a charm.
I was really impressed with their customer service response to my request as I know GAMO has always been notorious for not wanting to send parts to people.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention my very positive interaction with GAMO..

Good to know Jeff, glad to hear it. I've had similar exemplary service from the Diana USA reps.
On the other hand there's Umarex, who have always found a way to NOT help at all. >:(

I think maybe the new relationship with Daisy has something to do with it. Daisy has always had A+ customer service and now both companies share the same phone number that leads to the same nice ladies in Arkansas.

Was is just the gauge or did they send the whole assembly?
