Greetings all. I have been into air guns only in the last 4 years. Since my Army days I have loved to shoot, but never got around to it after I separated from the service. I didn’t want to make a large investment on a plinker only that would get shot a few times a year. I am not a fan of gun ranges, so there’s that too. Last pellet or BB gun I owned was when I was ten, a Crosman pump and Red  Rider BB gun. Those two guns were the only experience I ever had with pellet/BB. So I never even considered … Intro Covid, and with the family on lock down etc, I had time to “explore” alternatives. I found two YouTube channel “Air Velocity Sport” and “Ernest Rowe” and I was hooked. I quickly realized these are NOT the pellet guns I grew up with. Admittedly, I wanted an Impact, hey I am and old soldier, and  I like tactical. But I needed to test the waters first. The first air rifle I purchased was an Air Venturi Avenger in .22, with a  6.8l Omega tank and a Yong Heng compressor to top it off. I do like to tinker, and this hobby was checking all kinds of boxes. I enjoy reading others experiences and assistance to self-repair my equipment and meet people with like-minded interests.
