Maybe this belongs in vintage (part is obsolete)...

Do you prefer old style or new teflon check valves?

What model airgun used that ?
Teflon would be my choice.

The new teflon check valves are cheaper, make the seal kits cheaper, and work just fine as far as I have seen.
