Has anyone tried any parts orders lately? Are the prices about the same?
Think I might have to order a 2100 barrel shroud & possibly barrel to fix some sight issues.
-
The parts I have on order since early January were at regular prices. I didn’t notice any big increase in prices.
-
Well, I checked again today they still don't have many parts for 2100/ Legacy 1000s because they're made in china, no ETA on when or if any of those will be readily available. Seemed like you could still get 362 parts though.
-
I requested information on some parts for my Marauder .25. I have not heard back from them yet. I will post when/if I hear from them in the next couple of days.
-
The facilities move has a lot to do with availability issues...
-
I am concerned Crosman is going to be on a serious decline due to the new ownership.
I am waiting for parts ordered prior to the shutdown for moving.
Just discovered my credit card has been charged, but still no parts in hand. Will be calling again on Monday.
I continue "to be right" that change is more often than not bad.

Does anyone know if dealers are receiving Crosman guns that are being manufactured in NY. I think the original plan was Marauders and Marauder pistol’s were to still be manufactured in NY. Or is manufacturing shut down?

Anyways, I was trying to get the parts to fix up two 2100s with different issues. The first one was 'American made' but the bolt never closed completely, I was pretty sure it was feed throat, the barrel end wasn't quite wide enough to push the bolt in all the way seated and so the bult would get stuck and not close completely. I decided to take it all apart now (what a nightmare it is trying to get these back together) but after trying it with a drill and then a dremel, I was able to open up the barrel throat enough to get the bolt in fine. Reassembled after a battle and was pretty happy. Oiled her up and did some test shooting... something didn't feel quite right pumping, it was a bit stiffer than it should be. I thought it might be a bad pump cup, but decided to take the piston out anyways and just have a look, polish it up a bit. And of course it was the tightest roll pin I've ever taken out of a Crosman -maybe that was related to the pump difficulty? Polished and lubed it up again, put it back together, now it seems to be pumping up fine with minimal effort.
But now one of the roll pins holding the arm has a little play and the forend wobbles... can't have that. ;D Took some plumbers tape and wedged it around the pin, seems to be stiffer but may explore a better fix later. Long day working on it with ups and downs but now one of the 2100s seems pretty decent. The other one is chinese made and has sights off about 3-4 degrees which bothers me but I think the pump tube was drilled off center, another common flaw.
-
I had no idea the 2100's were that much trouble! I got "stuck" with one ... how can you tell if it's made in China?
-
Takes 3 hands to put them together. I use drill bits to help guide them. Been awhile since I had one apart.

UPDATE: In my email this morning, I had a reply to my request of March 21. I was given a telephone number [800-724-7486]. The person I spoke with told me the parts I needed were due to be delivered to the warehouse in the next couple of days. Further, he said it would be better not to do the 'back order' thing. So I will call back later this week when the parts are actually in stock. He gave me his name and extension #.
More later!
-
Good to see the number hasn't changed. I sure hope they keep parts available.
-
Another UPDATE: Today, I ordered parts that will have to be manufactured. I am supposed to get an email with a tracking number when the parts are shipped. The lady said "it will be a while" before I get the parts.
But that is okay; because I don't usually hunt until September. Also, I can use the little Stormrider that brought down the last squirrel of the past season.
More updates as needed.

I placed an order this morning for some 2100 stuff. Most of what I wanted was in-stock. They are still waiting on some parts that are made overseas now.
I was told my order would arrive in about a week.
Best Regards,
G

If you look back on Reply #13, the date is April 7.
I have not heard anything since that date.

Hope they aren't blowing smoke. I'd rather just have the facts, if it takes a while so be it.
Good Luck!

I was told that the valve had to be manufactured and it would take a while. No mention as to how long a while might be.

Noobie here. Can you please share contact intpfo/web address for Crosman parts?
Thanks!

May 20 Update:
Matt at Crosman said the parts I ordered should arrive at the warehouse on 5/22 and should be shipped shortly thereafter.
That is the best news I have had in about seven weeks.
Note: I was told that parts are delivered to the warehouse on the third Thursday of the month. [Somehow, they missed me in April.]

I was thinking of making some guns in .177 caliber, does anyone know which barrels are still available?
Is it 1760SE-001 the disco barrel? Or is it just a maximus for a longer 177 barrel? (It will probably be 14-20" whichever builds I make) thanks
-
Long .177 barrels have long ago gone extinct.
Ask Alliance Hobby if he still has some in stock.

Oh, I thought there was at least a 24" still available. They really need to release a 367 model, that would definitely help fill a lot of gaps...

The last ones, AFAIK, were still available from Buck Rail months ago; they had a few of them in .177 and .22..
You could ask them if they’re able to replenish it, which is highly unlikely.
Options would be a MROD LW or a Challenger 2 if you can do leade work.
Then there’s Mountain Custom Airguns and his $300 22xx/13xx barrels.

June 11, 2025 -- The Final Chapter
History: This story started back in March when the Marauder was leaking - and I isolated it to be a valve problem. That is when I contacted CROSMAN. I was told to get in touch with Customer Service; which I did. [I just looked back and saw that I had done that on March 19.] On April 7, I received an email showing the order information with my valve and some o-rings. It was stated that I would be sent another email with a tracking number when the package shipped.
Fast forward to May 2 when I spoke with a Customer Service Representative named Matt. He informed me that the items should go to the warehouse on May 22 and be shipped shortly thereafter.
On June 3, having received nothing, I called Matt and got his voicemail - left a message requesting a callback. Time was 2:40 PM.
June 4, left another message requesting a callback. Time was 12:16PM.
June 5, I emailed GAMO and listed all the above information and requested H E L P !
Here is where it get good: On June 6, I was notified that my package was shipped and I was supplied with a tracking number (FedEx). I check the tracking and found that the package had left Lowell, Arkansas on June 6 at 9:35 AM.
Later, the tracking showed that my package was in Nashville, Tennessee on June 7 at 10:05 PM. It rested in Nashville and started moving again on June 10.
Today, June 11, at 11:01 AM, I had my package in hand.
Thank you GAMO for knowing how to do business.

I wanted to order some more spare parts (still waiting on an order from April -I was told i could be a while) so I called again, some interesting results. The pump cups from my last order are holding things up, she said they don't expect to get that super common part until around September and cautioned I should call a service center to get one... they did however have part 362-102 the piston assembly with pump cup so I did add one of those. A lot of common parts they "didn't have" with no ETA, like the barrel support 760J134, no metal trigger guard 362-012 or front barrel band 362-003.
Oh and they charged sales tax... didn't used to. Nor did they accept American Express cards.
I really hope they get their act together on parts, that was one of Crosman's greatest strengths but it's a mess with all these new chinese parts and none of the diagrams being up to date on the website.
June 5, I emailed GAMO and listed all the above information and requested H E L P !
Sheesh things aren't looking great for this brand

You did read the last five lines - didn't You?
Without GAMO's help, I would still be waiting, and waiting, and waiting!

So, it’s been a while since my last order from the Crosman Parts Dept (like 10 or more years) but IIRC, it was a pretty straightforward process. Most of things that I was ordering were in stock or on a short “back order” list. Most impressive was the flat rate S&H fee of $4.00 😎. With time, the acquisition by Daisy and the subsequent move, I would imagine that things have changed more than a little bit. Is S&H still reasonable? With the current tariff uncertainty, supply chain disruption and/or a “wait and see” stance by the overseas manufacturers, the unavailability of many items would be understandable (but that doesn’t mean that we have to like it). To be sure, I’m pretty glad to not be in the market for parts!
-
I bought a Gen 1 MROD TG last year from Crosman for about $62-64 shipped.
Airgun Revisions has the same TG for about $136 🥴
-
Flex, the part I ordered was warranted - so not shipping. And the customer service lady said it was being manufactured in the USA. That is where the good stuff ended. From March 19, to the second week in June for the part to be manufactured and moved from Rogers, Arkansas to Murfreesboro, TN is a bit strange. My Marauder missed the whole Spring Squirrel Season.
I think that eventually Gamo and/or Daisy will also have parts for the Benjamin and Crosman air guns. Gamo was my savior on this transaction.
