My name's John and I've been shooting for 60 of my 71 years. Longer, if you count my Daisy 1894 replica I got at age 9. Since then, my shooting has been limited to firearms until November of 2023, when I got myself a Beeman AR 2078-b target gun. Since then, I've added a Xisico XS 60-C, which I love, (it shot the back outof my pellet trap, the first time I shot it. 720 fps & 16-17 ft. lbs) but I'm afraid I'm going to have to do the PCP thing before long.
I've been building & flying large, Radio controlled airplanes since 1981, but health issues have made the flying a bit difficult, so I created a makeshift range in my attic (currently 10-metre, but with room to make it about 50 feet,) and I was off.
I'm currently trying to convince myself that the wife really wouldn't mind, were I to purchase a Refurbed Benjamin Kratos, a tank & Compressor. Time will tell.

Hello John, 71 YO, no problem, there are lots of old timers here, maybe mostly. Daisy 1894 was my first air rifle also, still have it. Got it back in the 1950s. Welcome to GTA.

Welcome, John. I'm 73. We're not old. I bought a Daisy 1894 in 1963 with grass cuttin' money. I have a 2078B and A as well as a 2078 with the thumbhole stock. Good shooters. My wife still thinks my Diana 56th cost $200.
