What can you tell me about this Benji 132 (Pump Pistol) or The Age....?
Recently purchased on the Yellow classified. It would be neat to find out more about this pistol.
Looks like it would be a fun one to restore (and upgrade seals etc). Nice winter project.
Give me your thoughts, comments, or any info you my know.
Thanks........ :D
Seller's Comments: Benjamin 132 .22 Cal. In the original box with paperwork and
the original tin of pellets (about 1/2 full) Wood grips.

Moderators...Can you move this to Vintage? Thanks

I've got one that I bought off the classifieds about two months ago. It has plastic grips and pumps and shoots well. You can determine the age by the serial number here:http://airgunrepairman.com/dom.asp

Ha ha ha, a .25 is great, as long as you don't run out of brass when you bore and re-rifle that barrel! LOL

Yes - Springfield M1A SOCOM (M14A3)

Bichin, my basic was with the M14 at MCRD San Diego, love those guns.
All the M16's were going over to the So East Asian Football Conference back then, and we didn't get any until my last two weeks of boot.
The 14 in full auto was a beast, but even if you didn't hit anything, the enemy died of fright.

Well back to the topic. The 13x series is pretty easy to work on I've recently done a 137 and a 132. They have lead seals and replacements are available at the usual spots, I got mine from Rick at Precision Pellets. You'll need the special tool to unscrew the valve retainer and remove the valve. (ooposite ends of the same tool). If you pop the valve with a slide hammer type of movement the seal will usually pop right out realativly undamaged and might even be able to be reused if handled carefully.
They are nice shooters when done.
The last pic is of the 132 that someone before me spent hours polishing the brass parts....Not sure if I like the look and am thinking of re-blackening it.

SnoValley....Are you interested in a re-seal project? I am not sure what my plans are for this project. Restoration for sure. Please PM me if interested in either talking me through it or me sending it to you. Thaanks a lot for your help. Walt

I have one too. I have never really shot it past about 10 yards but it is accurate and hits with force. Nice airguns, enjoy yours.
