I’m getting familiar with the new to me Crosman 150 and after destroying an aluminum can the other day at 25 to 35 feet I wanted to check the sights in a more controlled environment so I went to an inside range today. These little pistols can put it on paper. These shots were at 7 yards using some H&N field target trophy 14.66 gr dome pellets and some RWS super H point 14.2 gr.
I’d like to see what others use and their results. I think lighter pellets may be better for a pistol but I don’t know. Any suggestions for the best ammo would be appreciated.

Good stuff!
Looks like it has some potential. You might shoot some groups off of sandbags to see.
Cheers,

Thanks Jeff. I forgot to turn the picture before posting. The hole is the top. The first pellet was very close to that hole showing me how to aim better. That wild flyer off to the right was weird. I watched that fly out of the gun and wander right.
I want to use a rest but I had to go off hand or lug my bag inside. It’s very tight quarters so I had to be careful not to hit anything other than the backstop.

I like my 150 but don't shoot it often. Loud.

Thanks for filling me in, Gary. That's a golden-era gun if there ever was.
I feel you on the tight quarters. I have to shoot through the 10" gap between the water heater and furnace to reach nine yards in the basement. Upstairs is off limits because of all the cats and dogs.
Cheers,
J~

I had the Ted Williams model 150 with the vented rib on the barrel as a youth in the 1960s. Man, that thing was accurate and loud. I could sit on the back steps and drop a tree rat out of the top of the large pecan trees we had there. Sadly, I gave it to my nephew, and it was stolen years ago. It had a two click position on the cocking knob, one for plinking at low power and two for full power.
