I am contemplating buying an Epoch and sent Skout an enquiry on Tuesday and still not heard a thing from them, now I have always been told they are very good with talking to their customers but? I am in the UK and have had feedback from other UK Skout owners that they are happy to help etc, but I am starting to wonder maybe I should be thinking of another make, what's your experience?

Richard, we in the USA celebrated Thanksgiving this last Thursday. They may have been out of the office.

Makes perfect sense, because we only celebrate Christmas in the UK we forget you have Thanksgiving.
